Scope

Deliverable

An organized file and review memorandum/next-step determination as defined in the signed fee agreement.

If it closes

The $2,500 is credited or refunded at closing in the manner stated in the signed agreement.

If it does not close

After due diligence begins, it is non-refundable and applied to work performed, except where law or the signed agreement requires otherwise.
